Love Health & Harmony to you!,
I have chronic back problems and believe as long as I keep going and also walking and eating right I will keep my back from becoming worse or so bad that I can’t walk or do as much as I use to! Best of all its a great feeling going there because both doctor’s and all the staff are all so caring and friendly and seem to always be cheerful. Thanks to all of you! Oh and yes the massage girls included! ️

I’ve been to different chiropractors over the years and I feel that every one in this office has been the most friendly and helpful. They listen and have helped me immensely in my recovery.

Dear Ronald O. Acosta, D.C.,
When I was first introduced to Chiropractic, my initial reaction was that it was for people who had back problems. I have since learned that Chiropractic is about overall wellness.
Since I have been a Chiropractic patient, I have noticed that my overall health has improved. Also, I have learned that “a headache is not caused by a lack of Tylenol in the blood steam.”
When I was losing my voice and visited a Medical Doctor, the advice was to take a regimen of medications. When I explained that I would have problems with the antibiotics, the recommendation was for me to eat yogurt and cottage cheese. Being lactose intolerant led to another discussion of a stomach problem, the resulting advice was that I could get a stronger medication for it to replace the Chiropractic adjustments and Tums I had been taking (and which my Chiropractor was concerned about). Had this doctor or clinic talked to me for a minute or more about my entire medical history perhaps my visit would have gone much smoother. The end result was that I left the doctors office without a prescription. An hour wasted, and deciding to take my Chiropractors advice; rest, tea with honey and lemon, and vitamins.
The most amazing thing is that my Chiropractor cares about my health. The main point of this letter is that I wanted to personally thank you, and express how much I appreciated you taking care of my family’s health. Next time, I will take your advice from the get go. Who knows, perhaps you might even find the cure for the common cold – at least I know it does not come in a pill…
Best regards, Noah B. [His complete letter is in our testimonial book….]
To all my friends at Harmony Health,

My Chiropractic Story
When I first consulted Robinson Chiropractic/Harmony Health I had sharp burning pains in my feet and legs. I was also experiencing numbness. On a scale of 1-10 I was definitely a 10. I had been dealing with this for a couple of years. Prior to Chiropractic I had been under Medical care for a year without any change in my condition. I had never been to a Chiropractor before, but a friend told me to try Chiropractic. I was in so much pain I decided “why not?” I initially had doubts that a Chiropractor could help leg and foot pain. The doctor recommended a treatment plan of Chiropractic adjustments for my condition. I was also advised to get and use a Jackson Cervical Pillow, and to lose weight. I noticed improvement in the first week, following the treatment plan. By the end of the month the pain was gone with the exception of an occasional flare-up. My experience here has been wonderful. The office is friendly and loving. I strongly recommend Chiropractic Care to others. You can’t lose and most likely you will win! I have shared my results with at least 10 other people and will make Chiropractic a part of my life. Spread the word to people in need!!

My Chiropractic “Story”
I was having back, neck and leg pain. It was difficult to walk, sleep and sit. The back of my legs, knees, hips, lower back, chest, neck and head pain was constant. Sometimes I could not participate in routine daily life.
I tried pain relievers, braces, and some previous Chiropractic. I realized that all the medication was doing was masking the pain. The problems were still there. I decided to try Chiropractic again because my father had great results. I was impressed with the excellent staff, thorough exam and planned treatment. The doctor adjusted my sleeping position, gave me strengthening exercises and modified my lifting.
Within 4-5 visits I had considerable relief from pain. As I followed my treatment schedule I continued to get better and better.
I told my husband about my success and he came in for his back pain and headaches. His symptoms have been alleviated.
I would suggest to every one to try Chiropractic before pills or irreversible surgeries. I have shared my success with many others over the years.
Chiropractic is my first choice for help with many diverse symptoms. 99% of the time it is correctable by, Chiropractic in my case.

Dear Dr. Acosta,
Thank you so very much for your very special personal care. You are too good to me. However, I really appreciate it since I cannot drive right now and depend on others. I was so surprised when you brought me the beautiful red poinsettia. It is really a pretty one. I will put it on my dining room table; the other arrangement needs to go. You are a very special man. Thank You!

Dear Doctors and Staff,
In a conversation with my brother yesterday, I was describing the pain and immobility previously experienced by Vertebral Subluxations and I was reminded of how very much I appreciate each of you, for who you are and for what you do….. Endless thanks & Love,
Kris E.
Dear Robinson Chiropractic/Harmony Health,
Thank you for helping me feel better by providing excellent Chiropractic care including adjustment, helpful neck and back exercises and advice on how to stretch problem areas.
I have been experiencing pain in my upper back, shoulders and neck for about a year. Massage Therapy by itself was providing very little relief so I decided to seek Chiropractic care in hopes that it would help relieve the pain.
I have noticed a big improvement in my range of motion and flexibility since I started receiving adjustments. What a big difference getting regular adjustments has made. I can now look over my shoulder easily and with no pain while backing my car up. I also have better range of motion now and can bend further and hold stretches longer.
I’m well on my way to recovery!
Thanks again… Tammy M.
To the wonderful staff at Harmony Health,

Dear Janet (Massage Therapist),
I want to say a big THANK YOU for not only making me feel better physically but also emotionally. You are so easy to talk to and because of that I bet you get to hear lots of interesting stuff from your clients. I so much appreciate your wisdom, great listening skills, advice and good feedback.
Please let me know if there is ever anything I can do in return.
Thank you again from the bottom of my heart…..

Dear Dr. Acosta & Staff;
I am so thankful for discovering your office and the wonders of Chiropractic Medicine. I have seen several doctors, been through countless tests and been on a number of different medications (including chemotherapy!) over the past 15 months. Nothing was curing (or controlling) the pain in my hands and feet, and I could not get a diagnosis of what was causing it. Out of desperation, I decided to find a Chiropractor. My insurance would cover it and I figured it couldn’t hurt. I must say I was skeptical it would do any good.
WOW! Not only was I very impressed with how personable and friendly the entire staff is at Harmony Health, but my pain level was reduced significantly after my first adjustment! In just 3 weeks I am spending much of my time with little pain and have reduced my pain controlling medication from 3 times a day to less than once a day! After feeling completely isolated at home for months, you have given me my life back. I am now able to do things that I have been unable to do for the past year. I know I can leave my home without worrying about the sudden onset of extreme pain and having to rush home. I am also working in my yard again just in time for spring planting!
Again, thank you so much for giving me my life back and making me feel so welcome every time I walk in! I will keep working on referrals and be a walking advertisement for your office. I can’t say enough nice things about Harmony Health! You guys and gals are the best!
Sincerely, Lori C.
Dear Dr. Acosta,
I am a runner and starting about a year ago when I was training for a marathon, I really started to hurt. My low back was very tight, my hips felt locked up, my neck and shoulders ached, and my mid-back hurt as well. I thought that once I completed the marathon and scaled back the long miles that I would stop hurting. That did not happen.
So I went to your office to get help. In early May I started Chiropractic care. I followed a program set up to get me back on my feet running comfortably. Within three weeks I felt less tight and was picking up my running speed. I ran the Mothers Day Tacoma 10K race and felt that I had done really well. My hips no longer felt locked and I was able to open up my stride.
By mid-June I was feeling even better. I noticed that I no longer had pain when getting in and out of the car. I also noticed that a long car ride was not as painful. I ran the Sound-To-Narrows 12K in mid-June. I was excited with my time and my recovery, both were good.
A lot of small but important things changed for the better for me. I was sleeping better; I did not wake up aching so badly. I was able to lift better. Daily tasks such as emptying the dishwasher, felt better.
I was excited about these changes and felt that my quality of life had gone up.
Your staff members are always so helpful. I have a hectic work schedule and your staff is helpful in working appointments around it. They are always friendly and kind, and I feel relaxed in your office.
Thank you for all your help.
Sincerely, Sue Y.
